Q. How do I check the revision on my device to verify support ?
A. Please complete the following:

  1. From Home screen, navigate: Apps Icon > Settings.
  2. From Settings, tap About
  3. From About, tap Software information
  4. Under Build number (Ex: PPR1.180610.011.xxxxxSQS2BSI4)
    1. The xxxxx represents model number (Ex G970USQS2BSI4)
    2. The 5th number/letter from the end is the revision. (Ex G970USQ2BSI4) in this case the 2 is the revision.

Q. How do I check the security patch level on my device?

A. Please complete the following:

  1. From Home screen, navigate: Apps Icon > Settings.
  2. From Settings, tap About
  3. From About, tap Software information
  4. Under Android security patch level (September 1, 2019)
